Spirit Women Ranch
We did it! Our community came together to permanently protect Spirit Woman Ranch!

Working with our community, the Wood River Land Trust permanently protected Spirit Woman Ranch—an 80-acre property in Slaughterhouse Canyon, just east of Bellevue—on March 31, 2026. This critical property will ensure public access to thousands of acres of public lands in the Pioneer Mountains beyond, and prevent fragmentation of wildlife habitat.
