We are seeking a Stewardship Coordinator to oversee the multi-faceted management of 20 preserves (approx. 4,300 acres). This role is responsible for executing management plans, leading restoration projects, and fostering community engagement through public outreach and volunteer programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement preserve management and restoration plans.

Serve as the primary liaison between public access preserves and the community.

Coordinate stewardship programs for school groups and volunteers.

Supervise interns and collaborate with internal staff.

​​Philanthropy Manager
​
We are looking for a Philanthropy Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for cultivating and deepening relationships with donors and family foundations to steward and secure gifts to support organizational fundraising goals. For those with less direct experience but the enthusiasm to grow into the position, we may also consider a Philanthropy Coordinator. Ultimately, one position will be filled, with salary level dependent on experience.
