Join us for an evening of wild flavors and fine wine! The Wood River Land Trust, First Lite, and Roots Wine Bar & Bottle Shop are teaming up for an evening of food and wine benefiting Spirit Woman Ranch, a critical wildlife corridor and public access point just outside of Bellevue.
Guests will enjoy five game-inspired small plates with curated wine pairings by top local chefs including Sean Temple, Ashley Roop, and Chris Simpson. Tickets start at $175 and include a tax-deductible donation.
About Spirit Woman Ranch:
Located just east of Bellevue in Slaughterhouse Canyon, Spirit Woman Ranch’s 80 acres sit on the foothills of the Pioneer Mountains, surrounded by thousands of acres of public land. Protecting the property will secure permanent public access via Slaughterhouse Road, safeguard critical wildlife habitat along the Owinza mule deer migration route, and conserve Slaughterhouse Creek’s pond and rare riparian wetlands. The Wood River Land Trust is under contract and close to closing—help us raise the remaining $80,000 to protect this landscape forever.
