Get Involved with the Land Trust

The Wood River Land Trust works throughout the community, in a variety of ways, through the lands, river and community planning programs and projects. Whether it be stewarding local preserves with the help of volunteers, transacting conservation easements on land that is key to wildlife migration routes, spearheading river restoration along the Big Wood, monitoring and providing data on the health of our waterways, educating the community about how to manage growth through local ordinances, or engaging partners to prioritize natural resource protection through their everyday operations-- the Land Trust is entwined in the stewardship of the special place that we call home.
