Developer reduces neighborhood's footprint in canyon east of Hailey
Quigley Canyon users can expect to see construction activity just north of The Sage School in the near future as the result of a vote taken by the Blaine County commissioners this week.
The board voted 3-0 to approve the 24-lot Quigley Ranch subdivision after three hours of discussion in front of about 40 members of the public on Wednesday, Nov. 13.
The board had unanimously denied an earlier version of the project on July 29.
With preliminary-plat approval in hand, Quigley developer Dave Hennessy can start building roads and installing the subdivision’s proposed central well and other utility lines. The county commissioners will need to approve the new roads and well system before any lots can be sold or building permits issued.
