Barry Bunshoft has a strong interest in protecting and preserving land and water. He has served on the board of several non-profit organizations, including the Save San Francisco Bay Association. He was the U.S. representative on the Legal Committee of the International Ski Federation for 25 years and is now of counsel to the law firm of Duane Morris, LLP. Barry is the former Deputy Attorney General of California and earned his law degree at Harvard Law School after service as an officer in the U.S. Navy. Barry first came to the Wood River Valley in the mid-1960s to ski, kept returning to handle legal matters for the Sun Valley Company and Morrison-Knudsen, and bought a home in Sun Valley with spouse Sylvia in the 1990s. Barry looks forward to hiking with his Labrador Retriever, Dante, on land preserved by the WRLT.
