As a fourth-generation Idahonian, Courtney has deep roots in our Valley. After attending the University of Idaho, where she received her BS in accounting, and completing her MBA at Seattle University, Courtney built her career in the telecom industry in Seattle through various leadership roles in finance, network operations and strategic planning. From 2010 to 2016, she moved into university administration at McGill in Montreal, Quebec. She and her husband, Ron, have one grown daughter and they continue to enjoy skiing, fly fishing, hiking and mountain biking.
