Why It Is A Conservation Priority
This area is a combination of 11 easements in a property called Twin Bridges, donated over the span of 1997-1999, totaling 1320 total acres. Various habitats are found on the large property including riparian wetlands, open slopes, steep hills, streams, woodlands, and pastures. The easement aims at protecting the sensitive riparian habitat and adjacent land that is important to many fish and wildlife species, including the endangered peregrine falcon. The easement protects such areas from grazing by agriculture animals, and supports wintering habitat for elk.

Restoration & Improvement Goals:
None at this time.
